about
This song is about my Oma and Opa. I have started lyrics that accompany it, but really it has been an instrumental for so long, I'm going to keep it as such. The "lyrics" are really just a poem to accompany the piece. The song builds into an piece that shows hope triumphs over hopelessness. At least that is what I tried to achieve. Here is the poem -
Near the end of things,
When time seemed to be a thief, a cheat,
All that remained was Her.
Love was silence, and it had never been more deafening.
No words spoken - they just don't exist for these moments.
When two lives lived as one, become undone with
one
last
breath.
